Physiotherapy FAQ

How do I book?

You can either book your physiotherapy appointment online via the link on the home page, or contact us using our WhatsApp number.

Is Physiotherapy covered by medical aid?

It is best to check with your medical aid regarding your medical aid coverage, as each scheme has different policies and procedures.

Do you submit claims to the medical aid?

We operate on a cash basis. All physiotherapy treatments need to be settled immediately after your physiotherapy appointment, and it is the patient's responsibility to submit the claim to their medical aid. Please ensure to provide the correct medical aid information, as this will be necessary on your invoice when you claim from your medical aid.

What must I bring along to the session?

Please be advised that for your physiotherapy appointment, you'll need to expose the treatment area. Wearing shorts and loose-fitting clothing can assist with this. If a larger area needs to be exposed, you will be covered with a towel to ensure your comfort. 

What can I expect?

During your physiotherapy appointment, a thorough assessment will be conducted by the physiotherapist. The findings will then be discussed with you to determine your individual goals and to decide on a specific tailored treatment plan.
