Meggan graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2008. Working in both the public and private sectors, she developed a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and has remained dedicated to this field, performing both outpatient and in-hospital treatments. This experience has allowed her to collaborate with numerous well-known orthopaedic and neuro surgeons. In 2025, Meggan expanded her career by opening her own private practice in Bryanston.
To enhance her expertise, Meggan has completed several postgraduate courses, including a qualification in dry needling and an intensive year-long course with special interest in orthopaedic manual therapy, ensuring she stays current with the latest treatments.
In her spare time, Meggan enjoys staying active at the gym and taking on new adventures and challenges, most recently participating in the Hyrox and Oxpecker events in 2025. She also enjoys kicking a ball around with her son.
